I agree with both sides. I like the fact that there is more opportunity to send USA players to a casino. I don't like the consistent trend towards casinos popping up all the time, having massive hype with affiliates talking about how good they, then them turning to ****, having a re-launch, then never doing anything. Perhaps after that they do another re-launch with a new name.

Not saying this is CWC, just a broad argument.

OF course this is incorrect. If you had included your innovations and developments in existing casino products then our existing players would have access to them without the "Barrier" of a new signup.

You've spent time and effort on development and testing and chosen to withhold it from existing players/products.

I'm struggling to understand WHY a new casino offering requiring a new signup is a better approach than implementing these developments into existing product with a huge user base? Why choose a new user base of ZERO?

Why have a barrier to use that you don't need?
I don't know of any major brand that would do that?
I think this could go on and on and round in circles so I think I will bow out of this one and finish up with the following.

All our players see the benefit from all development and testing, just ask them. What was Club USA like 18 months ago compared to now? What was Aladdin's Gold like 12 months ago compared to now? I am pretty sure they have seen the benefits.

I'm not sure what we are withholding anything that we do developmentally that makes the cut gets rolled out across all brands if it proves useful and a benefit to the business.

By starting a fresh with a new casino we are able to target specific types of players through the look and feel. Lets say we ran with a nice pink site you think Mr. Tough guy who's favorite colour is black would like to be associated with it without permission? He has a reputation to uphold you know.

Look at our brands, they are all different. Offers, looks, feels yet all on a par developmentally offering the same new features that we've worked on in the last month or two. Even Club World have these features...our oldest casino. Which incidentally was redesigned 12 months ago.

You as an affiliate should be happy of this new release as its "fresh meat" for you to have a go at. User base of ZERO means you have more of a chance of earning some easy money...right?

Anyways, I'm fighting a losing battle I think so like webzcas we'll agree to disagree and put this down to the best thread of the day!

I may make another post on it though as the point of my original post may have been lost.

I like they are launching a new brand.

My problem with this whoile thing is whether or not we have to create a new account at a new affiliate program or not.

When Aladdins first launched, I was told that absolutely no way no how could we promote both brands under one program, so I created a new account under the new program to market the property, and then a few months later they moved the brand to allow both properties under one roof....so now I have a second account that is not really used much but I keep it open because I had signed a few players before I moved over to promoting under the same affid....

    WILL THIS HAPPEN AGAIN???

I prefer to market all of Club World's properties using a single affid and single signin for stats.

If an affiliate program is not small affiliate friendly (especially small US Affiliate), then they are NOT Affiliate Friendly!

Nope it wont happen again. The reason why it wont is down to that change we made many months ago. You can see now when you login that you have access to links for Aladdin's Gold, Lucky Red and Club USA/World. The new brand will slot in there too.

    Very straight forward.

The RTG system is limited as to what it can do which is why multiple accounts were required originally. Once we merged the databases that resolved the issue and left some affiliates with 1 or 2 accounts. Both stay open and continue to track stats as normal.

So yes, you can market all USD brands from a single aff account. This has been the case since mid 2009.

Currently the only seperate aff accounts you'll need are if you want to market the £ and €. This is due currency difference. Please note, this will also be sorted soon.

Well then, as far as I am concerned then this can only be a good thing.

It gives the affiliates more choices.

I guess affiliates could choose to have sepearate accounts but I prefer the single account....and in fact I may contact you Martyn about moving any amounts owed etc over to my main acct if that is possible....I will likely choose to leave the other one sit there just in case a few old guest players suddenly came back and decided to deposit, but based upon our discussion many moons ago I waited a good chunk of time...

I can actually see were TheGooner is coming from here but am afraid to give my opinion for a variety of reason.

The main reason being that i am not (Yet) an affiliate with Martyn's group and so it would be wrong of me to comment really.

I just did not want to leave TheGooner out there almost alone in his opinion and i dont think for a second he is having a go but explaining it from a webmasters point of view that has to promote the said properties.

A point of view that in my opinion has raised some very good points not just for Martyn's group but also for all multi property groups.

I suspect that Martyn in fact welcomes this sort of feedback.

Arisoftnet, TheGooner is entitled to his opinion as an affiliate of Martyn's group and he was not eating him alive but giving a constructive opinion, thats all, please respect that.

That said i wish Martyn the very best and based on what people say about him and his programs it can only but be a roaring success and looking at his responses and the way he has handled TheGooners legitimate questions i for one will shortly be signing up to his program.

And may i say how refreshing it was to see a good debate take place without the usual forum flare ups.

All I can really say to this is F**K YEAH!

After a lot of posts turning political recently I was worried for a second and do appreciate affiliates such as Mr Gooner. I have worked with him for a number of years and know that he is very thorough in what he does and how he works.

I do appreciate constructive feedback and its the only realy way in which a program can develop and grow.

I hope to meet with you in London BetPartners, we can see who really is the fatter uglier one! (cant really compare the baldness unless we're counting folicals?)
