Still no payment recieved and they dont answer E-mails anymore. They also switched off the message system in the affiliate program.

Will maybe have to go to their Malta office with an invoice when i visit Sigma this autumn.

Hi guys, I'm quite new here and I don't have that much experience with casinos as an affiliate. I have heard that even the biggest casino brands cheat their affiliates (if it was not fraud). That's really a pity, because you are going to prepay, and to refuse a payout is really ****** and expensive. How often does something like this happen and which brands - if it's no secret?

That casinos adapt their RTP is also new for me, as far as I know it is not possible, because the licenses are issued to the registered RTP.Here I think rather that the casino simply a wrong description deposited, happens often...

I am looking forward to your opinions

The following casino game (software) providers certainly allow these changes:
    • RTG
    • PlaynGo
    • Rival

I'm sure there are others but those are the one's I know of.

Their "Barber shop"( affiliate program) is so "good" , that they take the best stand on conferences.

Also is very strange how they change all the time their conditions in order not to pay to anyone.

RTP ( returnt to player ) , they can make it to 80 % if they want to.

Wait outside said office and follow the CEO home. Then bang on his door with baseball bat.

NetEnt, Blueprint, Red Tiger Gaming, Amatic....

    It became quite common practice.

Just a heads up, I'm not a Videoslots affiliate so this doesn't affect me, however, they have just launched a new brand, Mr Vegas, MGA licence currently, UKGC one to follow shortly.

The new site is pretty much Videoslots from 2-3 years ago, with a similar rewards system, before they changed to the current 'clash of spins' etc that players don't seem to like.

They are allowing customers to login to MrVegas using their Videoslots login. Videoslots is Videoslots Ltd, Mr Vegas is Mr Vegas Ltd.

As the new site is using the old rewards system that most players preferred, someone cynical might think this is in anticipation of closing, or winding down, the Videoslots brand.

Someone even more cynical might think they are doing it to save on affiliate costs (not that they pay that much anyway), as if players are playing at a different company, then obviously, your players won't be playing at Videoslots.

It might be worth checking to see if the tags are being moved to Mr Vegas if you do, or have, promoted Videoslots previously on Rev share.

After a few months I have to update thread, I have received all outstanding commission payments and I also get current one on a regular basis. Ali Atam who works for them helped me a lot. It is true that he is not responsible for affiliate programs on a daily basis, but he is very helpful. If someone needs to contact him, I can give you an e-mail address on PM.

There are many topics for Videoslots on the forum, it's been over 2 years since I stopped working with them.
