We have a report of a doctor in So Dakota getting penalized for writing prescriptions for people he didn't physically examine, for use on these sites. Do you know anything about that?

Sorry Guys I didnt get an email that I had replies in this thread.
In response to questions. . .
Every state has different laws/regulations. Some prohibit certain drugs from being sold via mail , etc. There are all sorts of laws associated with drug sales. . . I'm no lawyer so I can't help you with what's legal and what isn't . Our site makes sure not to sell "trouble drugs" like xanax, valium, etc... drugs that could cause legal problems. The pharmacies used also abide by the laws of each state .
Regarding our sites. . . We've put several sites up for people recently.
http://www.FindRx.com is one using our auto site creator. Also http://www.weightloss-drugs.com
Also, for people who want a full site that they can host on their own but have no design experience, we refer people to a partner. http://www.DrMd.com is one of these sites that was created for $300 by the designer partner.
Lastly, we do also have a template site that we provide to people to use and modify . All html files and graphics are sent in a zip file .
Give us a try . http://www.RxSponsor.com

Doug,
It's pretty tacky and a cheap move to jump into someone elses thread to sell your own product! Is this how you conduct business? Seems it would have been easy enough for you to simply start your own thread here. I would say you didn't show yourself in a very good light here and would turn off anyone who knows simple forum etiquette. If this is a sample of your ethics, I wonder how you behave in business?
And a little suggestion, make your sites less graphic heavy, I can download MP3's quicker than those sites would load on some computers. Another suggestion...put "buy" buttons ABOVE the fold..it's pretty much a golden rule and anyone in this business would know it.

I had the same thing happen to me on my traffic thread but I was told he was sorry. I still think thats very rude for anyone to not post his own thread

I've posted this before. Competition is what makes the world go 'round so to speak. Feel free to post your offers in the marketing forum, that's what it's there for. But PLEASE, show a little courtesy towards others and start YOUR OWN THREAD.

Above the fold is the portion of a web page visible without scrolling - in other words the top portion of the page. How much of a page is visible does of course depend on the screen resolution so its good to check it in different sizes to ensure something is above the fold in all res's
