FUD: Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt

It's now common to believe fake news. This is how Donald Trump won America! He made most Americans Fear, become Uncertain and Doubt the truth. This is happening now! Who do you think pays the news companies who report on BTC? Most probably really rich corportations including owners or shareholders of banks and other organizations.

Ask yourself, "Do they want me thinking in a fearful way and pulling out my money?"
If this is the case, countries have all the power to BUY and gain more power!

Why would China consider banning crytpo after investing BILLIONSSSS? It makes no sense. HUDL!

The worst thing that anyone can do is give into their Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt (let's not forget being worried) and also many other negative fears and emotions.

The inexperienced newbies and the weak hands are panic selling, while the whales and the more experienced are using this time to accumulate more coins.

This is a massive shake up by the big guns to scare people away from crypto and it is working. If you are looking for long term investment then hold to your cryptos and shy away from the computer screens watching the massive downward fluctuation. I have seen my portfolio which is quite large drop 70% in less than a month and it is not a nice feeling and followed by lots of what-ifs but it has happened.

I don't have a crypto account and never had it just because of lack of money. I love all this stuff with cryptos and I'd wish to have some funds to buy crypto currencies, especially now. I think 5k-6k dollars per bitcoin is when things will even out.

I agree! Imagine once the market is low enough, all Governements suddenly invest and buy out the market and gain power over us again in crypto!

You are absolutely right. People are selling crypto to save what they earned in Nov-Dec 2017 mostly. It was obvious that a steep rise will be followed by a steep drop. The fluctuation scale is really scaring, but that don't only speak about the current level of crypto market, it is also about the nature of crypto currency itself, where every holder is an internet user that can react very fast with buy/sell buttons. Cryptomarket is reactive and sensitive just like javascript compared with php. Anyway, the world is driven by people's needs and crypto money is a need in the World Wide Web.

The growth which was seen in december was not normal and it was just a matter of time when this correction will come. Of course there were also a lot of FUD news, but it is nothing to be scared about. There will be growth, but do not expect to be as wild as it was previous year.

I think it was normal but people had the wrong incentives when investing: they wanted quick money, not a stable market
