Question Do you expect your staffing level to change in 2026?

Businesses in every industry go through expansions and contractions, and that is no different in the iGaming affiliate space.

Over the past year, the affiliate industry has continued to evolve, with changes driven by regulation, traffic quality requirements, technology, and the increasing use of AI and automation. Some recent articles touching on these trends include:

For this week’s poll, I ask about your plans for 2026. Do you expect your staffing level to change in 2026? Will it increase or decrease from 2025? By a lot or by a little?

And please feel free to share in a post why you think staffing level changes might (or might not) be warranted, and what factors are driving your decision.

If you're interested, we also ran a similar poll a little over a year ago. You can see it here:

I don't anticipate any changes this year, AI is plugging some gaps already that might otherwise have needed more resource.

I expect things to stay more or less the same. I might need to hire people for specific one-off tasks, but I don’t anticipate any major changes to the regular team.

Same here. I don't expect any major changes either to the way that thing are at the moment.

Never ever ... all my freedom would be gone! This is the beauty of being igaming affiliate. It reminds me on the legendary "Money for nothing, chicks for free". I work about 4 hours a day on iGaming stuff. Earning little 6-fig Euro per year. Bring kids to school, pick them up.
To employ someone would kill the smoothness in my life ... for what? Some more money?

If all things go as planned there should be an increase primarily sales/marketing, onboarding, and tech
