Do you know that a lot of affiliates are cpa? I have 5 websites, three of them is about the gambling. I have made affiliate of a lot of gambling houses, but I prefer cpa, because I introduced guest's technology is very good, they seldom lose money in gamble.
If you know those affiliates are cpa , please introduce to me , thanks.

If I can make out what you are asking, you want to know who offers CPA programs because your players all seem to be able to win

I don't do CPA but you will find that many RTG's will offer you this option if you ask. Gambling Wages don't mind doing CPA I think. Does anyone else have some recommendations?
