Ask them to open up all possible columns in the reports. Sure deposits cost money, suer gaming providers get a share, sure there is an admin fee, but all these can't keep going for long. There is $125k in GGR there, a part of which should find its way to your pocket.
Unfortunately you're not giving us enough details to help you out. How much of the 125k difference is going towards fees and other bonuses?
if the deposits are 600k and witdrawals 475k, isn't it obvious that there isn't any negative carryover?
