    Default Does Anyone Answer Emails? I've sent 6 Requests for Payment

    I have emailed the two signed forms necessary to request payment since the FAX number never works and yet I still can't get a reply from anyone. I've emailed them for 3 straight days multiple times to the two emails on the "Contact Us" page inside the affiliate members area, to James Woods and to Nigel. This happens every time I request a payment. I love your program but you guys make it awfully difficult and harder than necessary to request payments. Somebody please reply because I have sent these forms multiple times so I know it's not because I typed in an email addy wrong. I cc'd them to myself and get them fine. Thanks.

    Hi Nsawins,

    Apologies that you have experienced difficulties with payment. Without knowing your email address it is difficult to know the email you are referring to but I can assure you bet365 are normally very good with payments.

    I can only assume this has been during the period of last week when both Nigel and myself were at the Budapest Affiliate Conference.

    We are still catching up so it may be with haven't seen it, but either way this is unacceptable. Therefore please email me one final time the previously sent items and I will chase down what exactly has happened with this email.

    You are fine to email and not to fax the invoices, I promise you that if you email us now I will make this process as painless as possible.

    The alternative is for me to continue to work through my backed up emails until I get to yours but I would much rather deal with this right now.

    Once again, sincere apologies for any aggravation you have experienced as a result of this, this is the exception not the norm to being an affiliate of bet365.

    Hi James. I just sent you an email with the forms attached. Please confirm. Also, I have no complaints with your program. We have promoted Bet365 for years and can say without hesitation that it is an A+ program and one of the best we promote. Hands down. I'm just saying every time we request a payment it seems like we have to email the forms countless times and play email tag with a rep to get it squared away. We used to fax it but the last two times we tried the FAX number it doesn't go through. Therefore, we email them and it seems like it never goes smooth. Anyway, we have absolutely ZERO concerns with getting paid or the program overall but we just feel that requesting payouts could be done in a more convenient method. Thanks.

    So did you get the email or not? I still did not get a reply back to my email stating you got the forms. Let me know definitiveley as this waiting game to get paid is getting frustrating. Thanks.

    - As mentioned, I will pick this up first thing (so in the next half hour). When I posted to you last night I didn't have access to my emails, I was at home, but I always tend to monitor the forum.

    Anyway, it is 7.20am here and I am leaving in ten minutes, so you will hear from me as soon as I get access when I arrive at work.

    Ok, so since the files were corrupted on your end for some reason in the email I sent I have gone ahead and uploaded images of the two forms in .tif format on our website so you can simply click and print. We did this the last time we needed a payout with Anna Nickisson-Coles and she was able to get them fine. I have emailed you the forms plus private messaged the links as well so you should have them. Please reply and let me know after you have downloaded the image and printed the forms so we can delete it from our server. Thanks.

    Thanks James. You're attention to this matter was OUTSTANDING and clearly illustrates why you are a great affiliate manager and why Bet365 is one of the BEST programs in the business. You guys treat affiliates with respect and it is appreciated greatly. The only suggestion I would make to improve the affiliate program is to simply have affiliates enter in their bank wire details so payments can be automatically paid each month without an affiliate having to print/sign forms and have to deal with the hassle of faxing them back or emailing them back. As you can see with us, we have tried that route the last two times and for whatever reason we have to play email tag, resend the email multiple times and then eventually upload them to our server. A simple automatic payment monthly to our method of choice would make a great affiliate program even better. Just a thought. Anyway, thanks again and have a great weekend.

    And they are the best affiliate program by far.. at least for the sportsbook.

    @Hodgeboy, sorry for the typping error, i don't know where the 3rd. paragraph showed up. I do know that it changed the whole meaning of my post. Sorry again.

    Hello James,

    Not sure if you are on vacation or if my emails are getting filtered for whatever reeason again, but I've been trying to get in touch because the payment has still not arrived via bank wire and last time we talked it was October 15th and it was suppossed to be sent out. It's now October 25th and still no payment. Please let me know if it's been processed and when it's due to arrive(hopefully asap). Thanks.

    Thanks Dave - you haven't given me much time to answer before posting - the only email I have was sent to me at 18:51 and I was going to answer first thing.
