DOJ says poker not a skill game, Willie Nelson sang "The Gambler"
The U.S. Department of Justice has responded to indicted Black Friday bankers Chad Ellie and John Campos' claims that they didn't break the law because poker is a game of skill by claiming that poker is a game of luck, not skill.
Of course, their credibility was hurt a bit when they also claimed that Willie Nelson was the man behind the classic country tune "The Gambler" ... in fact, as any good card-playing American knows, it was Kenny Rogers.
Regardless, the argument does poke a lot of holes in defense put forth by Ellie and Campos thus far.

Oh, and just for fun, here's Kenny singing his song with some Muppets.
