What I really want to know is if these US licensed gaming sites will have affiliate programs. I wonder if they will want to share as well.

Like Mr. Todd says, these folks did not spend all that money and time, just so they could share the bounty with anyone let alone the despised online affiliates.

At the very least I expect the BIG US BRANDS to eliminate the revenue share % and go to a very very low CPA for smaller affiliates, that is if they even offer affiliate programs at all.

The larger affiliates should do OK in the long run and most will probably go with an advertising business model as opposed to the affiliate business model.

But only time is gonna tell for sure what is going to happen.

This is the way I see things. Maybe affiliates won't be used by some casinos, but others might use them offering a very low revenue share. A low revenue share without "shaving" I reckon is the way to go. Many European online casinos are seeking U.S firms to partner with, hopefully us affiliates who are presently working with these EU based casinos (bwin.party etc.) will tag along.

Should online gambling be fully legalized in the U.S (hopefully soon) I reckon it's going to be a rat race. Affiliates have and will always play an integral part to any online casino's success especially with all the competition going on.

I believe if they can manage well to get the internet gambling under control in the United States, the US government will put the hands up for it. After all, they will not refuse to increase revenue for raising tax purpose. On the other hand, players have the rights to play what they want to play online as they would like to share information or talk to friends. Banning is not the final solution in the end.
