Thumbs down Don't Buy Traffic from BuyHits!

Don't get scammed like I did at xxxhttp://www.buyhits.net

After purchasing 25,000 category casino/gambling hits geo trageted to Canada,USA, New Zealand I didn't here a thing from this person for 4 days. I'd attempted to contact him via email, phone, msn, yahoo and icq all of which received no reply.

It was not until I started digging around that I found out he was not in the USA nor did they have offices in the UK either. At that point I opened a dispute at PayPal.

Amazing this guy contacts me within 3 hours of that dispute saying sorry I had server problems...He told me that he'd throw me another 10,000 hits if I dropped the PayPal dispute. As I really need the traffic I did. That was my first mistake.

Well the guy did send traffic, but not what I paid for. Instead of gambling/casino traffic he's been sending my popunders via mp3 sites, india movie sites and worst still kiddy sites (eg doll and kids web sites)...totally inapropriate for gambling.

As far as the traffic well he's taxed that too. I estimate for every 1000 hits his stats report, I'm only receiving around 600.

Not that that worries me, I'm more concerned about where the traffic is coming from. Anyways this guy is in India so can't really do much about it. Have struck it down to a lesson learned.

    Stay right way from BuyHits

PS Not to be confused with xxxhttp://www.buyhits.com

Thanks for the warning. I took a look at the site, and it seemed interesting. I've never actually purchased hits before but have thought about it. I'll make sure to steer clear of this website!

Btw, is this the first time you've purchased hits? I'm curious as to what the ratio of hits to sign-ups you've seen. I've been hesitant to buy hits since I'm worried the traffic would be (as you showed) non-consistent with the industry. Also didn't know how legit the traffic would be (ex: someone just falsely generating hits via a program). Thanks!

    hi Casino Dawg,

Yes I've purchased in the past. Although it's anything but a science, I tend to think that 25,000 or more hits should at least generate some traffic. However, the problem these days is that most traffic places send via popunders and so forth. Which with all the gadgets surfers have to stop these things, I think it can ruin expectations.

As far as ratios they suck. So far I've received over 10,000hits (7,800 uniques) and received a total of 20 clicks, of these 2% has signed up. None have deposited though.

My suggestion and the way I'm heading is to purchase redirected traffic from expired domains. These don't involve popup-popunders. Visitors (real ones) are sent directly to your URL.

I'm even thinking of just buying like 100 expired domains myself and see how that goes. Least this way I know everything is legit
