Don't think that an organization of this type and magnitude can be truly honest... I do think that it's possible to cut the fraud and all that to 20% from what is it now. Sending missiles for a vote - this is a bit too much...
Football is a big business and very powerful political arm. The new FIFA president will do the same, may be in a little bit different and modern style by using new schemes and tacticts.
After all scandals that will be announced when the investigation will be finished, the "Blatter II" will be closely watched... at least for a year or two :)
