DraftKings, Fanduel Affiliate Manager Emails

I've been trying to reach DraftKings and Fanduel affiliates using their general contact emails. No one has replied. Additionally, I've filled out signup forms just to see if anyone would get back to me.

Can someone PM me affiliate manager names and emails for DK and FD?

Would be grateful. If you need contacts for other legal US sites, can offer those in return.

Same, got amazing affiliate support from BETMGM, but no replies whatsoever from Fanduel and DraftKings
