Default Dragonfish / Cassava / 888 Affiliate Progs New Chargebacks Column

Any one else seen this on your affiliate accounts. When you run your financial accounts there's now a chargebacks box in the account data, which seems to have wiped out a number of my accounts, and another affiliate who pointed this out to me has taken hits as well. Any one know what this is about and why we've had no notification / consultation? Oh yes, because it's Cassava, that's right...

Looking at it and talking to some other bingo affiliates, it seems we all have the same Chargeback amounts on our accounts.

Take a look at the following form 1st Oct - 14th Oct and see if you have the same chargebacks amounts.

    Foxy - £2230
    Cheecky Bingo - £330
    Little Big Bingo - £200
    Rollover Bingo - £470
    Bingo Cove - £130
    and so on...

This seems to be a mistake - are these figures the brand wide Chargebacks, that have been applied to everyone's account equally?

    Default Fixed

I see that they have fixed this issue - i was talking to them re this when i first noticed it , and it appears that it was a minor bug - they added the chargeback field so that affs can now see on their reports what the CBs are and this obviously slipped by them

It appears to be fixed now though ? Are you still seeing it

Ah, yes, fixed now. Was causing a lot of affiliates great concerns. Shame they aren't more pro-active about telling us about these sort of issues.
