Default Dutch Gaming Authority says no more ads for unregulated online gambling

The Dutch gambling regulating agency Kansspelautoriteit has announced guidelines for online gambling ads, stating (and apologies for the translation, but Buzzu doesn't speak Dutch so he's relying on Google Translate):

Since advertising has to lead to legal offers, it is now illegal to advertise online gambling, which are at this moment still illegal. Advertising that serves the public to generate a favorable impression of a particular online gaming business is not permitted.

The document is a "guide" for the rules applied to gambling advertising after the legalisiation will be in place in the Netherlands.
It goes to far here to fully communicate it here, but it does not say that it is not permitted to advertise, but it desribes the rules.
