Default ecocard removed as Canadian deposit option

I play at casino Kingdom all the time ( it's my favorite ) and although I usually deposit with moneybookers, today I decided to play with money that was in my ecocard account. I noticed that ecocard was removed as an option for Canadian players. Is this reflective of the QT issues the USA is having?

After reading the affidavid of the latest bust/seizures I say YES being that ecocard and quicktender is owned by the same company.

I just hope that we get our money back from QT in a timely manner, if all, and then I'm calling it a day and only promoting to non USA players as of last week. Any casino that still accept US players is at risk of ruin and any affiliate that rely on the US market is in for a rude awakening IMO.

I started to ask right away and have asked till they closed but with no response. It’s time to start following the money trail.

Same **** I am smelling I have NOT heard from QT and I had quite a bit in there! They didnt put up a temporary site explaining what was going on - they pulled everything and left ****. That doesn't sound like a professional organization; that comes across more like a crooked casino taking the money and running as has been done in the past. I've been lied to way too many times the last year to believe much of anything I hear from casinos these days - the trust that was once there is all but gone!

Additionally, I too would like to know which banks this involved - like you say that money is mine - in my case anyway, it was not used to gamble online it was paid out for services rendered. If the USA government / DOJ had actually stung QT - I would have think it would be on at least a few media outlets; thus far I havent seen anything about it. IF the DOJ did in fact cease this money - NOW is the time to file a law case against them as affiliates are in fact now being directly affected.

I did not mean to imply that a casino operator owned eco & QT. I read in the warrant/affidavid that whom ever owns eco also owns qt.

The sting part was the doj acting as a payment processor for some igaming sites. They met them in person and opened accounts with casinos as well as did the processing and other stuff in order to see how it worked and what all was involved. They were very patient as it took them 2 years to wrap it up.

OK firstly, I'd just like to confirm that the Casino Rewards group does NOT own Quicktender or Ecocard as has been implied in this thread.

I'd also like to point out that this thread has been posted in the Rewards Affiliates section just in case that wasn't realised by some posters - it seems the thread started going in a different direction since the first post.

Unfortunately I've been told today that Ecocard is no longer an available method for either the casino side of the business, or affiliate payments. Quicktender is also in the same boat, however I think that news was evident quite a few days ago now.

I have sent an email to all affiliates who have been affected by this in order to select another payment method. If you didn't receive the email, please check your spam. If it's not there let me know your email address and I will forward a copy.

I'm not going to post details about this in public, so if you'd like some more info about the options available to you, please send an email to support@rewardsaffiliates.com and one of us will get back to you with your options.

    Cheers

Who implied that Casino Rewards owned QT/EcoCard? I seen diceman ask what casino operator was involved and I acknowledged the question, but I didn't see anyone name any casino or group nor did I see anyone imply any one of them.

I did however just get an email directing me to another forum where C-Planet rep stated "QT bankruptcy" ... now I am wondering if that was bad usage of terminology or if something more sinister is going on here. Really sucks being left out in the cold - particularly when so much money is at stake.

From what I have been able to gather, Ecocard is a brand name of PSI-Pay Ltd. which is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of the United Kingdom.

I got redirected to the site: http://www.psi-holdings.com/

I could have sworn that the information was revealed in the affidavit.

Makes you wonder where the truth lies now. On the other hand there is still room for doubt since other processors had not revealed anything until the very end...

I doubt the truth will lie with Eco as it would ruin them overnight if folks thought thier money was at risk. Look at how QT lied to us about 'your money is safe' blah blah blah. Next thing you know they are closed and the money gone.

They don't have to plan to leave, they may be FORCED to close if they are part of QT.

Exactly... I believe they will try to hide the truth (if truth there is) as long as possible so that there is not widespread panic and people start taking out their money.
