    Default ecoPayz bank withdrawal issue

I've been using ecoPayz for many years with no issues, but recently I've been experiencing difficulties when trying to withdraw funds to my bank account. The Australian "Bank Code" field and the "Branch Code" field only allow me to enter 3 digits instead of 6. I've contacted them and they asked me to send an email outlining the problem. I find it ridiculous that a company that has been operating for so many years would have these types of issues. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues with ecopayz?

    Update:

It looks like they might have split the former BSB input box which previously required 6 digits into 2 separate fields which require 3 digits each. I'm waiting for a response from them, but in the meantime I have requested a very small bank withdrawal by entering the 6 digits into the 2 new fields just for a test. The system has accepted the info. I will update this post in due course.

They didn't reply to my email, but they did reply when I messaged them via twitter.

    Here's what I asked:

In Australia, a bank has a BSB (bank, state, branch) number which consists of 6 digits.

The new ecoPayz "Add bank account" form does not have a BSB number field.

Instead, it has a "Bank code" field which allows 3 digits, and a "Branch code" field which also allows 3 digits.

If my current BSB code is 112908, should I then enter the number in the following manner?

    Bank code: 112
    Branch code: 908

    The reply I received

Yes, that's correct. You should enter the first 3 digits of your BSB code in the first field and the last 3 digits in the other one.

I also had this same problem, sweetbet, and I did what you did and entered the first 3 digits of the BSB number in the Bank Code and the last three digits in the Branch Code and I made a small test transfer of just $20 which only came through to my bank account this morning. I made this bank wire withdrawal last week. They used to be quicker at processing withdrawals.

    Ditto...
I used to get withdrawals to my AU bank in 2 days. Though, given your in CA, I'd guess you'd have got yours quicker.

Are they heaps slower now for you?
