We had an offer on this a month or two ago through a well known platform and the broker managed to completely balls it up (not for the first time either... I miss Dan!). For some reason this particular platform takes it upon themselves to try and negotiate a deal before they even told us there was an offer.
On the off chance the buyer is here and is still interested, get in touch and we'll do the deal at the original offer.

Sedo is a bit rubbish, we did well over 10x the sales on Dan compared to sedo (probably more).
