    Default email abuse addresses

I looked and did not see this addressed in a thread here.

Spammers always try to avoid sending their drivel to abuse accounts.

Harvesters have robots that constantly scan millions of websites daily looking for email addresses.

Let's give the harvesters what they want.....

    Hundreds (ok thousands)of email addresses...
    abuse@aol.com
    abuse@msn.com
    every_abuse_account@every_domain_in_the_world.com

Anyone see any drawbacks to this?

The only problem I see is that they probably automatically disclude them from the spider. I think I might create a new address that simply forwards the spam to all of the abuse addresses with the original headers only Yes, I think I may MUWHAHAHAHAHAHA

I agree that some of them may use a filter to dump any abuse@ domain...

But "SOME" of them may not and even if I would only ever put one out of buisness I think it may be worth it....

I have been thinking lately this could be a really good asset to my hosting site...maybe I'll just put it up there and then link all my sites to it....

Don't forget to put the ftc....maybe spamcop....anyone else that hates spam.....
