    Default Email Marketing Issue

    Hello Again GPWA!

So I tried to send some emails with MailChimp, unfortunately, got banned with 4 accounts .

Some can throw me a bone, how can I send emails with links to gambling? or what to write in the title? or any alternative to MailChimp? I prefer one that accepts bitcoin.

    Thanks a lot,
    Fearless_Gamer

MailChimp will block any gambling activity sooner or later - they have a strict non-gambling rule in the T&Cīs.
Hope you have a backup of your list ...
Aweber is the way to go.

Mailchimp blocks in no seconds gambling connected content. You can try with Sendgrid. For me it used to work just fine.

I find it quite interesting that a service like Mail chimp are not allowed to promote gambling content? I didn’t know this (Im new to the industry) If they are not allowed to do this - when users simply email their own subscribers for example that would be GWPR approved - then its hard to understand how Google or any website can promote gambling? I wonder which legal authority have jurisdiction on what Mail chimps users receive?

Any company who doesn't want problems with laws in some particular country will just block the part of the service. Imagine some guy from France would blame MailChimp because their servers sent him a link to an illegal casino where he lost $5000. It's a court case no one wants to get involved

Thank Everyone for helping me and provide me such a great information about emails platforms.

For my own emails, I will use Aweber.

Sorry that I didn't reply early, was busy as hell with those emails

    Thanks again,

I had the same situation with Mailchimp so switched to SendinBlue, they have been great for me over the past year.
