Ferguson ready to celebrate
Sir Alex Ferguson is preparing to celebrate winning another title with Manchester United, with his club now at 1/1000 to win the Premier League with bet365.
United’s 2-1 victory over Chelsea on Sunday leaves them needing just a point to secure the championship and Ferguson believes it is in the bag, with Chelsea now 100/1 outsiders.
"Knowing the players they won't muck it up," he said. "They will get a point there's no doubt about that.
"It's fantastic to be the most successful team in the country."
A point at Blackburn next weekend would mean a record 19th title and United can be backed at 12/5 to get the draw they need.
However, Ryan Giggs has warned against celebrating too soon as their final two opponents, Blackburn and Blackpool, still having everything to play for.
"Both of those teams are fighting for their lives. We have to go to Ewood Park next week to try to finish it off as early as possible," said the 37-year-old winger.

Djokovic eyeing French Open triumph
Novak Djokovic can be backed at 5/2 with bet365 to take Rafael Nadal’s French Open title after beating the Spaniard in the Madrid Open final.
The Serb won 7-5 6-4 on Sunday to extend his winning run to 34 matches and end Nadal’s near two-year unbeaten run on clay.
"Probably because of my winning streak and because I am in the shape of a lifetime I am one of the favourites to win the title," said Djokovic.
"But Rafa has only lost one match there and I think he is still right up there above everybody else.
"It is my goal to try to go all the way at Roland Garros and I am definitely setting my form up for that tournament."
Nadal can be backed at 4/9 to retain his crown while Roger Federer is at 10/1.
Nadal admitted he faces tough competition to maintain his number one ranking after seeing his 37-match winning run on clay come to an abrupt end.
"You must be doing something very good if you are winning every match," he said. "When he plays with that confidence he is very difficult to beat.
"He was always very good I think, I don't think he has improved anything huge recently."

Crusaders cheered by cup experience
Crusaders star Gil Dudson says his team will approach Friday’s match against Wakefield with confidence following their performance against Leeds Rhinos, and they can be backed at 4/5 with bet365 to pull off a win.
The Super League strugglers made an early exit from the Challenge Cup at the hands of the Rhinos on Saturday but were far from disgraced at Headingley.
"I thought we played really well compared to how we've been going recently. We stuck to the game plan and were just unlucky with one or two decisions. We ran them really close despite that, which bodes well for this weekend’s match," said Dudson, who put pen to paper on a new three-year contract at the club last week.
Crusaders are bottom of the Super League table, having lost four matches from their last five, but Dudson insists they can spring a surprise on Friday.
"We've struggled in the league a little bit but I think we can head into this weekend feeling pretty confident," he added.
Wakefield are 4/5 for the victory.
Thanks
