I've tried to contact the site operator, but apparently he was arrested in Italy. Go figure...
Anyway, I'm following Google's procedure for removing the theft of my Intellectual Property.
My SERPs haven't been affected. I don't see this being anything other than an annoyance. Oh well..
Appears to be a domain squat as well.
Zone-h.org excellent place to visit.
Zone-h.net the squatters the bad guys.
I wonder if Zone-h.org knows about this. I am sure if the did the problem would vanish rather quickly.

Oops my mistake there is only one Zone-h. A good case for domain infringement.
I would make Zone-h aware of this defacement. Likely safe you a lot of time. Very technical people over there Wager.
An option anyway.

WagerX,
Zone-H is a defacement website that names and shames sites that have been hacked/defaced.
Check out their alexa ranking, they are a VERY well known site in the security community.
As for getting them to remove the site, good luck! Not what you want to hear but I know quite a few commercial organizations that have been defaced and ended up on Zone-H with no luck at all in getting the site removed.
What I would be worried about is that it is highly probably that your site has been hacked.
PM me as I may be able to help, since I am a security consultant in my day job.
Cheers,
Andrew..
Thanks.. I noticed that I was originally incorrect, my entire site wasn't copied, just the homepage. They call it "auto generated content", but it's still intellectual property theft. I've mailed an official complaint with Google to have that page removed from their index, due to the fact that it's coming up on the search results. I'm only concerned with the fact that I could get a duplicate content penalty from Google. Not likely at this point, but still..
They mention that they post "defaced" sites, but my site was never defaced or hijacked. Could me site be defaced and I wouldn't know it? It's possible, but I haven't seen any changes in the code or functionality of the website.
Thank you both for your insight!
