Not sure if this is the right thread for this or not...but what the hey I couldn't find one for new members, so I guess it will do!
My name is Dave, or over on Wass, Doc (hence - TheWassDoc), and I have been running the site for a few years now...long time member of CAP (can I say that?!) but newb here, so just finding my way around...saying hello...reading through (many) threads

Welcome Dave. And since you asked, yes, this is the right place for your post.
If you decide to apply for private membership here (I encourage you to do so), then we do have a forum in the private area just for introductions. One of the benefits of private membership is access to a place to share information with other webmasters (and also with affiliate programs in the private affiliate program forums) in a more confidential fashion than is possible in open public forums.
