Errrk!

It feels like it's becoming a daily thing were you go to check your stats and the affiliate program has closed with out warning and your sitting going are you freaking kidding me. Yep it happened again today. I just went to check on my stats for club vegas partners and guess what here is our notice.

Due to difficulties related to processing procedures, we have decided to halt operations.
We are in the process of trying to retrieve the frozen funds, in order to complete payments to affiliates.

This is getting so frustrating for any affiliate. Who do you promote and can have years of loyal partnership.

I guess that is what makes this industry a whole latte fun

I could not resist but you are right it is tough to manage accounts and losing a casino creates content and admin headaches

Well fortunately I have not had this happen to me. (yet) I will say that online casinos are an ultra competitive market both for the casino operators and the affiliates trying to get a small piece of their market share. After owning quite a few different businesses throughout the years, I will add that this is not a situation limited to this industry but affects all of us in all areas.

I was in the small package airfreight business for many years and saw many of my competition bite the dust and many more come and go. It's just a product of the environment I guess.

The more I read about programs closing down and introducing quotas the more I'm leaning towards CPA...
