ESPN announced earlier this week that it will broadcast eight hours of coverage from the World Series of Poker Europe beginning Feb. 1.

The network is going to be introducing a new Mobile Hole Card Camera, for the first time, which will allow it to show to hole cards at tables other than the featured table.

It will be interesting to see how these telecasts differ from the WSOP this past summer in Las Vegas. The WSOPE was played at the Casino at the Empire in London this past fall and instead of a ballroom like the Amazon Room at the Rio, WSOPE had tables spread out all over the place -- under stairs, behind the bar and in front of an ice cream shop.
