    Default Established Portal For Sale

It has been quite a while since I posted here, so I hope I am placing this in the most appropriate area. I think there might be a place down in the private forums that might be better, but I couldn't remember my log in info from that account and am not sure that account still has access to the private area anyway.

Moving on, I have been chatting with a guy who owns http://www.casinoxpert.com and is wishing to sell it. His asking price is $1,000 but I am unsure of what the current market is to know what the true value is. Maybe that is reasonable, maybe it's a steal, maybe it's over priced. I guess that sort of thing is subjective and depends on the buyer.

Anyway, I had told him I would post a note here in case any of you webmasters were interested. If so, please let me know and I will forward your information to him, as well as pass his contact info on to you.

    Hi Cindy!!

I was wanting to contact you before, but when my old email address got hijacked (sort of) I got side tracked into trying to rebuild my address book and you were one of the people that slipped through the cracks. Is your current email listed over at VPJ?

Very nice suprise to see you though. For some reason I thought you turned the place over to someone else and left to focus on other things, so I wasn't expecting to see you. Glad to see that you're still around, and am most happy to see that the battle against scumware rages on.

    Hi Jerry! Long time indeed...

What are you up to at the moment, are you still in the 'business'?

Would be great to see you around here more often if you get the time.

Anyway good to see you here!

This post is probably a little off topic, but think of it as though I am helping to keep this post near the top of the list!

    Cindy....

I wasn't sure if it had been sold or not, but thought I remembered someone mentioning something about it on some message board somewhere. Boy, was that descriptive or what?

I have come across some pretty good webmaster forums in my time, but none of them had anything to do with gambling topics and they'd probably label you as a spammer if you brought it up. But this place can hold it's own with any of them, and as a resource for gaming webmasters, you just can't get any better than this place. This site was always a resource that was badly needed in the industry, and I always wished I would have been able to be more involved with things, but overall, I just have to say that it is truly wonderful to see how far things have come.

    Allstar....

Slycin getting her butt spanked. lol. Something tells me you could sell that on pay-per-view.

    Chalk....

    Nice to see you too.

I had left things for a while after everything fell apart with the guys I was with at Gaming Broadcast. That was a nightmare like you wouldn't believe, and ended up with me not only owed a lot of money, but being threatened, so for a while I just said forget the business all together.

I have had some involvement in sports oriented projects lately, doing mostly a lot of set up work and getting ready for football advertisements to begin in August, but at least already have some of the ad agreements in place so I will be ready to go when the time comes.

I've also been helping a guy I know in Vegas develop a network of about 20 sites that will be ran collectively as the "Sports Gaming Players Network (SGPN)". Some of them are sites we purchased and are redesigning, and others we are doing from scratch. They are still very light on content because they aren't finished yet, but a couple of the ones we have taken over and redesigned can be seen at:

    http://www.footballgamblingportal.com
    http://www.baseballgamblingportal.com

I have also been doing a small amount of work with a guy I met in the UK who is interested in starting a new payment solution, and he liked some of my ideas about branding and market penetration. But he seems confident that funding can be obtained immediately, whereas I look at millions of dollars being required and sort of look at it as an "if come" type deal. So, I'm happy to help him however I can in hopes that he can actually get something going, but I don't really count on it at this point.

Well, I'm sure that at least 1 will. lol. That's the way these things go with me. I try to start 3 or 4 really large projects at once. A couple of them will eventually work out to be not feasible, and then out of the remaining options I'll usually end up with 1 that will really take off. It can be a lot of hassle, but also has a good sense of accomplishment tossed in here and there.

Slycin, I haven't forgot about you yet. Have just been juggling minutes for days now and haven't had a chance to email you yet.
