    Default Europa/Tropez won't pay 12,000 USD

    I made a cashout of 3415 GBP at casinotropez and 3620 GBP at Europa

    They haven't pay , the reason: you played Videopoker in addition to the allowed games.

    I went to check the terms and it figured out that there were discrepancies between the terms of use and the promotion terms and condition.

    At the terms of the promotion it said that Videopoker does not count towards the wagering, but at the terms of use they added a note that they reserve the right now to pay if any of these games were played.

    I claimed that this is misleading and not honest, this important note should have been mention at the promotion terms and putting such a note on the term of use or privacy policy is not fair.

    Instead of playing blackjack only(blackjack was allowed a year ago) I played also Videopoker, big deal, and the terms said you may play it wont count towards wagering


    I have a screenshot to support my side and the casino never denied that.

    There was a player who had the same problem, Thelawnet from casinomeister and winneronline forum, he was paid in full and AFTER HE WAS PAID THE CASINO CHANGED THE PROMOTION TERMS, if you go now to casinotropez vegasred or europa you can see that at the promotion terms it says that if you play those games they reserve they wont pay you.

    I tried to use casinomeister help but he sent me an email that once I play excluded games I am in trouble.

    Can anyone help me getting my winnings from them ?

    Did you meet the wagering requirements for allowed games? If so, it shouldn't matter if you wagered at non-allowed games. Did they credit your casino account?

    You can email the casino and they should let you know what you've wagered on allowable games. Figure out from that how much more you need to wager and try to cash out again.

    Of course I completed the wagering in the allowed games in full.

    They never reversed the cashout but confiscated my winnings.

    This is all the complaint about: The terms mentioned the games as games that does not count towards the wagering at the promotion terms(not as it says today at the promo page that you are not allowed to play them at all), I played Videopoker which is a game that you cant even abuse the bonus if you wish unlike roulette, then I plaeyd blackjack that was allowed and they confiscated my winnings.

    They amended the terms after the pay a player that had the same problem couple of months after me but with less amount of cashin, It is thelawnet at the casinomeister forum you may find it.

    They paid thelawnet and amended the terms, it was couple of months after me, they never paid me.

    I pitched a bitch and also submitted a complaint with Kanhakwa gambling commission.

    The Meister told me that They insist not to pay me, I dont think he can make them pay.

    If the T&Cs have changed and the casino denied your claim based on the revised Terms rather than those at the time of the incident, there are some serious questions raised about the legitimacy of the denial. Do you have a copy of the prior Terms?

    I didn't respond initially because I agree with Bryan Bailey that if you played excluded games (or otherwise violated T&Cs), there would be little that could be done to correct perceived unfairness. But since the situation now sounds like you played according to T&Cs and then the casino changed them, there is a chance for something to be done.

    I'll be able to take a closer look and work on this if you send me a detailed description of the incident(s), including timeframe, amounts involved, copies of any documentation you have (screenshots, Terms and Conditions, copies of any communication you have between yourself and the casino, or anything else you think would be relevant).

    Cityguard, thank you for offering your help, I emailed you some information let me know if this is enough

    There are two screenshots there one with the old terms and one with the new tersm so you can see the difference.

    seems like they screwed you... thats what Casino tropez, europa usually do... i would never play with them in the first place... i am a casino player and love playtech casinos but not these ones...
