LIVE podcast with Euro Partners set for March 2
As many of you are aware, there have been ongoing discussions in the forums between affiliates and Euro Partners regarding its stats and other customer service issues. In an effort to address some of these issues, Marc from Euro Partners has agreed to participate in a LIVE podcast on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Eastern Time. J. Todd, Anthony and Vin will be hosting the live podcast, and they'll be taking your calls as well. So if you have questions you want to ask directly to Marc, call in and they'll put you on the air. For more show details, follow this thread.

I am sorry, but I disagree that Marc has followed through.

We have had to nearly beg (a few times) to get someone in here to respond to queries more than one time in the last year, and each time we get responses, they are faithfully in here on a regular basis for a while, responding regularly, and then suddenly they disappear for a while ignoring questions until we start the process over again.

The stats issues have become way more than just a thorn in our sides as we are now entering the 8th month or so since the stats have worked reliably for this program.

This theory that we should just contact by email doesn't hold any water, we ask questions here, we expect response HERE for all to see. (we understand that private issues dealing with an affiliate's specific numbers or issues is meant to stay private)

You hired a development team to install this new stats system, that has a proven track record implimenting the same backend with a different operator.

My guess is that this was an arrangement where the development company was actually to get paid for this function.

I am not gonna sit here and assume this was a walk in the park, but this same company did in fact make this work elsewhere, so why can't they make it work for Europartners?

Are the affiliates stats being recorded correctly on Playtech's servers, and if they are, why after more than 8 months have we not seen any progress on the reporting side?

I asked a very detailed question many months ago, and I do not recall ever getting a response (if I did I apologize).

Can you personally log in somewhere and see an affiliates true stats, including what campaigns/profiles/channels their traffic is coming from?

If so, hire a development team that can write a stats interface that allows the affilliate the same function, or just go back to the old stats interface because waiting a year to see stats again is just not a nice thing for the affiliates to face.

On a different note, I just received another email from an AM there wanting to do business with me. At least this one made me laugh...

    Hi,

If this is the 19th email from Euro Partners you have received, my apologies,

I represent Titan Poker and am interested in advertising on your site,

looking forward to hearing from you and to explain a bit more,

    Best regards,

    Alan

I was an affiliate with Europartners promoting Titan Poker but dropped them due to their silly rule about forums.

This rule also appears predatory to me:

If there is no activity in your account for forty five days, we will deem this Agreement to have been terminated by you without notice.
If they ever get their **** together regarding the stats issues as well as their terms and conditions issues, so they are AGD compliant, I would consider adding them back into my portfolio.

In the mean time, I'll just keep deleting the emails....

    Hi Viriatu and Ixian

    Sorry to hear that.
I think you're making a mistake but good luck with whichever programs you choose.
