    Default Europartners not replying to messages

    Hi- firstly I'd better introduce myself!
    I am new to affiliate marketing, I started work on my site back in June and got online in July sometime (IIRC). My site is a bokmaker review/ gambling toolbox type one, not yet 100% finished but I got the front page looking tidy and managed to drive a bit of traffic to it upon start up.

    My issue is with Europartners. I have had Titanbet as 'most recommended' bookmaker on my homepage since start up, and I can see a bit of action on my statistics panel. However- I cannot login to the cashier to see if Im due any money, and I have sent many emails to various contacts at Europartners over the past 2 months to try and reset my cashier password so I can at least login.
    I have not had a single reply from them in two months of emailing.

    I have posted on affiliate guard dog too, the advice I received was to not promote them. If the matter cannot be resolved I will have to do just that.

    Europartners if you are reading this (As I see you have a rep posting here), I would appreciate a response.

    Anyone considering promoting Europartners or their brands, I hope my experience helps you to decide whether to work with them.

    I never had a problem with them. Although i havn't worked with them for over a year.

    You must have a affiliate manager to talk to?

    My affiliate manage is rather responsive.
    Try to contact them via general email / contact form on their site.

    I joined them just a few weeks ago and have regular email contact. The time difference usually delays my response since I email them in their middle of the night. All in all they're pretty easy to get along with.

    Hi- Thanks for the replys

    I have tried emailing support@europartners, payments@europartners, and my account manager. I have also used the contact form on the site. I have had one email assigning a ticket number to my issue that was obviously an auto-reply from using the contact form. Aside from that, I have not had any response. Very frustrating. Especially considering the time and effort I put in to advertising them.

    Avoid such sites that do not reply immediately to messages. A reputable casino reply immediately to assists their costumer's needs.
