Well, sometimes it’s difficult to suss out people if they want to hide their true colours. You could live next door to a murdered and you may think he is such a nice neighbour.

Usually people that commit fraud are charming and likable, that is why people trust them.

I do agree, but obviously this was not ONE person where they picked the wrong one. But it was very important that CA wrote how much they agree to the red-light bs

There must be much more to this story. The Philippines is not an aggressive or strict country like some others in Asia.
