    Default Excluded countries

I can't find a list of excluded countries anywhere on the EnergyCasino.com website. Is this listed somewhere? Or not published for any reason?

    Thanks.

    Hello FictionNet,

We appreciate you coming to us with your question. We do in fact publish the list of excluded countries directly in our Terms and Conditions on the energycasino.com site (In Section 6 headed: Legal Restrictions). I include this list in full and highlight it below, but we will be making a new addition to this list shortly.

    c. The CLIENT guarantees at all times not to be a resident of the "Excluded Countries" like: United States, France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Estonia, Israel, Turkey, Hong Kong and/or restricted by limited legal capacity. For the CLIENTS from Germany, Austria and Switzerland games provided by Greentube Ltd. are not being supplied.

Hopefully the territories you specialise in are not excluded for us. If you would like to talk about it, please connect through our site: energycasinopartners.com

    Thanks again FictionNet

Hi, Nicholas. I'm seeing something different for term 6C on the t&c page - with no mention of specific countries being excluded:

"c. PROBE does not intend that its SITE should be used for betting or any other purposes by CLIENT present in countries in which such activities are illegal. PROBE’s SITE does not constitute an offer, solicitation or invitation by PROBE for the use of the games or other services in any jurisdiction in which such activities are prohibited by law."

I'm seeing the above at https://energycasino.com/en/Terms-an...itions/General

    Hi again FictionNet,

You're looking at the site from the UK it seems. As we have a remote gaming license specifically for the UK, we have set the site version you see as only accessible by UK players (therefore no exclusion country text needed in the UK player Terms and Conditions document). The exclusion text is included in the terms and conditions visible from all other territories. I enclose a screen-shot of how it looks from my location Malta (we are also licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority).

Thanks again for your observations FictionNet

Thanks, Nicholas, for your speedy replies and clear answers. You're correct - I was using a UK proxy when viewing the t&c. When I switch the proxy off, I can see the full list of excluded countries.

Other than Malta and UK, does Energy hold any other licences? ie. I see there's a different sign up bonus for players in Spain.

    Hey Rob,

The gamers from "excluded territories" such as Spain, Belgium and Israel are unable to sign-up, login, or play from those locations - They can "look but they cannot touch" so to speak. We are pursuing additional licensing from numerous authorities and eagerly await the opening / reopening of certain licensing windows.

I read your article in the GPWA mag, hopefully we will get a chance to "prop a bar up" together in Berlin.

Maybe we can talk about your first of two month's 50% revenue share when we're there http://energycasinopartners.com/
