    Didnt go today, rest day.

    Its mainly due to the fact I can't walk without looking odd, I hate leg day so much.

    Probably would do you good to walk for 20 mins or so. Break up all the lactic acid in your legs.

    Still in agony from the leg day but managed to crawl to the gym today. Did back and biceps which is a pretty easy day.

    5 sets deadlifts
    3 sets seated row
    3 sets lat pull down (wide grip)
    3 sets hammer curl
    3 super sets curl

    I haven't been to the gym since Wed morning as I came down with gastro on Wed night and although tried to do a bit of exercise on Sat arvo, it didn't sit well. I am withdrawing already. I just want to get back in the gym.

    I lost 2kg in a day. Put 1kg back on but today I think I have lost it again :/
    I really hate being sick. I hate missing leg day even more

    That much fluctuation in such a short space of time is probably just water, wouldnt worry too much. it'll pile back on when you're back in the gym.

    Kinda had a weekend off other than a half hearted shoulder day followed by half hearted cardio. Feel fresh now though and ready to go again. I've lasted longer than I thought though and Ive just booked a mini holiday to give me some motivation.

    Oh I would say it's most definitely water and the fact that I have absolutely no food etc in my body at all. That's why it's so annoying. Nothing is staying in. It has totally screwed up my 4 weeks of playing with carb cycling etc because now I can't see if what I'm doing is actually working or not. Annoying as hell.

    Half hearted? Maybe I should take back my Miranda Kerr.

    It was a Saturday, half hearted is definitely allowed , Miranda Kerr is mine.

    Balaton Festival for a long weekend in Hungary, its not really my thing any more but a friend of mine has special permission to go away for the weekend (which doesnt happen often).

    Your times are getting later and later... Maybe you should drag Beacon into the gym.

    I went back to the gym this morning and did cardio with a little bit of legs. Interval sprints on the t(d)readmill and rollings hills at level 14 on the cross trainer. My cross trainer has an incline too which makes it harder.

    Legs was short and just involved some leg extensions, seated calf raises and donkey calf raise drop sets.

    Finished off with some stretching. Probably one of my shortest gym sessions in awhile but burned the most calories, not to mention was absolutely pouring with sweat all over everything. The machines, the floor, the mat. Yuk.

    Avoided a pre workout because my stomach still isn't completely settled. Just had a tea with milk in it, my first dairy for a few days. I'm pretty scared I'm going to give myself the runs again by eating something that upsets my stomach, so I'm trying to cram all my calories into as little meals as possible.

    Back and Biceps today good session, also got my first gym related compliment this morning which cheered me up. Im amazed at the strength Ive still got despite not using half of these muscles for 3 years.

    I love Muscle Memory.
