We all already know that breathing or getting out of bed, let alone walking to the mailbox can kill you....

Hmmmm, I guess we should all just eat chocolate....

I like chocolate covered almonds. Any chocolate with nuts in it is great. Hazelnut, etc. YUM!

I also love the ones with the popping candy and jelly beans inside. And bounty with coconut. And twirls.
Actually, i think i just love any kind of chocolate.

Today is water loading day. It's 10.40 and I've just finished my second meal and have had 2 litres of water so far.
I have lost count of the number of times I've had to go to the loo.

2 days to go.

Funnily enough, a sandwich is one of the things on my list of post comp eats.

The comp went well on the weekend. When I arrived at the venue I saw the other girls and told my trainer I think I should drop a division, but she didn't get there in time to see so I ended up entering fitness. I should definitely have been in bikini though because I was nowhere near as ripped as the other girls. Still, I looked good on the stage. My legs reached the other girls belly buttons and I was easily the tallest girl on the stage. My trainer thinks if I'd gone in the bikini division I could have won. It doesn't bother me though because for the comp in just less than 2 weeks now I will do bikini.

I'd like to post some photos but I'm not sure I want to put them out there.
If anyone would like to see I'd be happy to send a couple privately.

I want to improve my hand strength and flexibility. Looking for some effective hand training equipment. While browsing the internet, I stumble upon this link: http://www.kebocare.se/product/handtraningsbord-ktm/ showing the hand training table. Anyone has tried training with such special table? I think this is really impressive way for fast recovery due to any hand injury......

I've never tried anything like that, but the best way to get grip strength stronger is to actually grip with weight.

Things like deadlifts will make your grip strength stronger. Even just hanging from something will do it.

You can get these - I have one. It helps SO much.

Start with the lower ones and work your way up. You just need one and they aren't very expensive.

Otherwise squeezing a tennis ball or something that moves but is hard to squeeze will also give you the desired effect. Just squeeze it and release your grip slowly. Slow tempo on the negative of a muscle is what builds the strength
