    I gree 100% that my back is number one priority.

    Actually I have been so stupid lately, coz I live 5 minutes from the sea and the only thing I have been doing is walking. Tomorrow is bank holiday here, so I will be swimming!

    you should! it's awesome. called "go pro" i think, a friend of mine uses it, nor just for bike rides, he also puts it on his dog's head

    lol no. I ride my bike like a ****, in and out of traffic, up on the pavement then road again, wrong side of road, don't pay attention to many traffic lights lol etc. I'd just be creating evidence for the police to convict me. and I swear too much on it

    might go out later again if the weather cheers up tonight

    You should totally do it for that reason. If they can't catch you they can't convict you, right?

    I workout almost every day for about 30-60 mins. I have a gym in my basement with a heavy bag, and bench press. I'm not trying to lose weight though. I want to get bigger.

    My other half was watching an infomercial about insanity on the weekend. He currently does the P90X program but eats what I eat (the main meals anyway). If he didn't have the chocolates and muffins in between those meals he would be seeing far better results, but I can definitely see the difference, especially in his arms. They are nice to grab onto, if you know what I mean :P
    Anyway I asked him if he was going to try it and he said he may do so in the future. I'm not sure what the eating plan is like, but you really don't need to eat boring stuff to get lean. You just need to eat clean. No processed foods or added sugars, and low GI carbs.

    I'm a member of a facebook group for the program that I do and there was a question raised today which I was totally surprised at.
    One lady asked whether people count the bar in the weight when they do their squats and chest press. I have never counted the bar in my weight, but it seems that all of them do. So I am lifting 20kg more than everyone else is when I squat. I use the smith machine for chest press so I'm not sure how much that bar weighs. Not much I don't think. Still, made me a bit chirpy this morning :P

    just completed a 25km bike ride this morning, really enjoyed it, especially now Im finding routes away from the roads
