Fastbet partners - Ignores and don't pay commissions

Hi,

I have tried to get in touch with Fastbet Partners for over three months in order to get our outstanding commissions paid. Fastbet Partners have ignored all of our emails the last three months and do not pay.

Has anyone the same problem? I have been in contact with the fastbet support (the operator) as well and they are only saying that they can't help us and tellig us to contact Panu at Fastbet Partners. However, as mentioned above he is ignorant our emails.

It feels really strange since Fastbet is a part of Bethard Group and I have never had any problems with any other of their brands.

An update - Fastbet still didn't pay. They owe me May and June earnings. I have tried to involve Bethard Group on this because Fastbet is their white label brand.

Panu, the co-founder wrote me the following email after ignornig my messages for almost a month:

I've resigned from my position at Fastbet after severe disagreements with the owners and our contract has been cancelled with our service provider who will now take over the operations and inform affiliates about the changes.

I'm quite pissed at the moment myself as I have tens of thousands worth of unpaid salaries and personal loans to the company so I know the situation is very inconvenient.

I tried to get in touch with the support at Fastbet (i.e. the operator and not the affiliate) in order to get a contact. They do However only saying that it is Panu who is responsible, even though I told them I heard he had quit based on your answer above.

You wrote that you would try to involve Bethard Group - any luck with that?

Does anyone know if it is possible to make a claim to MGA in this matter?

Hi, well the guy from Bethard Group promised me to keep and catch them but it seems that he has the same contact channels as me. I don't understand, they give licenses to people and companies but they don't have their phone numbers?!

My last communication with with him was in last Monday:

It looks like so unprofessional, they grant them a license and now they don't know who is behind Fastbet?

I have the feeling that Panu is lying or something, anyway we need to involve someone in MGA because Bethard Group should take here also some responsibility.

For sure Bethard knows who's behind it. They're doing business with them. A white label provider knows exactly with who they're doing business. It seems that Bethard doesn't bother to help affiliates that are having problems with one of their (crappy) white labels.

That happened before too with Betive.

Btw- there should be a directory of banned/red list companies on this forum. Or, at least unresolved payment threads, posted separately. These black stains of the industry need their own personal dustbins.

I've contacted Fastbet support regarding the payments -


We are very sorry to hear that you haven't received the payments from Panu.
Fastbet brand was taken over by Bethard group from Panu and his company. You do not have a contract with Bethard group, but with Panu's company.
Please, contact Panu regarding any unsettled invoices his company hasn't paid.


Now, my players keeping and depositing and playing in Fastbet, and I have more earnings beside the those ones which were not paid to me.
Does it make sense that now Bethard Group will enjoy from those players without paying to me my part???

ok, I've received the following message from Bethard: As fastbet was taken over by bethard, we will pay and honor rev share commission from 1st August going forward. Anything prior to this Bethard is taking no responsibillities for.
