    Default Favourite Cuisine

Experiencing new cuisines is so easy these days. What are your favourite cuisines? My would be:
    - Indian
    - Thai
    - Vietnamese
    - Asian
    - Malaysian
    - Mexican

I really enjoy great flavours and spices. That being said I still love a good Sunday roast and a fully English breakfast.

Coming from the UK of course I would go for the traditional Indian (madras), Chinese but that is as far as it goes for spicy foods.

But as @pokerface said I am very partial to a full English brekkie.

All cuisines have their good and bad things in my opinion. Here is a small "favorite" list:
    - Spanish
    - Belgian/French
    - Italian
    - Thai

I also like English breakfast without black budding and mushrooms.
As well as: ham omeletes, chiken soup, borsch soup, cold beertroot soup (very popular in Lithuania), Cepelinai - zeppelins (national LTU dish).

Partial to Chinese and Mexican myself, but like a few others have said, a good quality Full English is also very much on the list. The sausage in particular has got to be very good quality, as has the bacon. Extra mushrooms, hold the black pudding. Making my hungry

Once I learnt how to make a decent omelette (courtesy of a Jacques Pepin YouTube video) that's been my go to meal. Not sure how my cholesterol is handling it, but I'm scoring points with the missus for the breakfasts in bed...

Italian for me all the way. I do like to try other cuisines, but usually end up in an Italian restaurant no matter where I go. Had some of my best meals in Italian restaurants in Spain.

And I also enjoy a good steak, but cannot really pin that down to a single cuisine.

    Russian - Strogonoff
    Italian - Spaghetti alla Carbonara
    Thai - Cake Thai Kitchen

It’s amazing every flavor of each dish, they’re the best I’ve tasted so far

Italian: I like the soft flavors of it
Lebanese: There's something spicy but differs from mexican spicy, is something else that seems more... Old? Mature? And I'm starting to like it more and more
Japanese: I love it since about 7 years ago. Simple things like their rice is sweeter than ours

For me it's Italian- Pasta, Lasagne, and home-made gelato making it for me.
    Chinese- caramel-based sweets mostly
    Mexican- love spicy meals
And BBQ- I'm so much into this, so that will be my personal fav, though I can't tell what cuisine should be given credit for it.
Also, here is what happened last night:

Mediterranean cuisine is my favorite, probably because it's what I grew up with.
