Siteprofiler from mangtools let's you sort pages by number of referring domains, I think majestic does too, so that would sort by SEO authoritiveness

    define 'authoritive pages'.
what do you consider authoritive, a page with lots of links, or a page that ranks for a lot of keywords, or a page that ranks for certain valuable keywords?

    ahrefs.com has:
    - 'top pages', which shows a list of the pages based on how much organic traffic they bring.
    - 'best by links', which shows a list of the pages based on the number of incoming links.

This ^^. Check their backlink profile and organic keywords on page level base. This is how I'm deciding to acquire a link from the best possible places

Majestic's Topical Trust Flow could help you to find "authoritive pages" in your niche.
