If you want me to promote your casinos, do not SPAM me with a mass mailing newsletter that I did not sign up for. There was a removal link, but I should not have to remove myself from a mailing list that I did not sign up for.

This email had no info about what casinos they represent, and no link of any kind.

Not a good way to make a good first impression. Not very professional at all.

I got the same one, and firstgrand.com is not operational yet.

Looks like the spam itself was premature, and therefore, useless.

Default First Grand - Spam & Scam!

    Yep.

I thought they are specialized in SCAM! now I understand they are also specialized in SPAM!

FYI, This guys owe me money for almost 6 Month.
I have found it risky to business with them (FIRST GRAND) although this is playtech client. So Watch out!

They never answer email and their support is very near the end iof the list in my opinion.

I had an issue with them for many many months and wrote about 15 times for help.....they never did respond.

I later found out there stats were REPORTING INCORRECTLY, and yet they never responded.

I gave them plenty of opportunity to discuss my issue, which turned out to be less of an issue than first appeared on the surface, but they never answer email....so that did it for me.

    Default New Management

    Greetings!

My name is Mattew Peters and I am the new Affiliate Manager at First Grand Gaming. Iíve replaced Paul Hensley as he wasnít performing at his optimum. There had been some glitches in the past, but it is now my responsibility to set right the errors that he left in his wake. As your new affiliate manager it is my responsibility to facilitate the processes for convenient monetary transfers. I am committed to executing your financial resolutions in a timely and dependable manner.

The relationship between Affiliates and myself is an important symbiosis and will be treated as such from here on out. Letís work together and abolish the nagging glitches. As mentioned at another forum, as I am addressing this publicly, I am showing my willingness and commitment to resolving all outstanding issues and to rebuilding broken relationships with all affiliates.

As part of our plan to change the perception of First Grand Gaming, we are going to need the help of our affiliates, to whom I personally commit, with the full support of the new management, to ensure our relationship with both the affiliate and the player is handled in an amicable and ethical manner.

Randall and Marc, we are extremely sorry for the emails. The only mass email that was sent out was for the announcement of the opening of First Grand Gaming. A 3 month task of finding casino portals on the web was performed and that is how we had retrieved your email address. We had no intention on spamming any webmaster! The email was intended to be a teaser and was not meant to be premature. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Interplay, I have taken a look at our records. There was a discrepancy with your payment with regards to the agreement that had been made with you. You committed to deliver a certain amount of deposits and as a result, we had agreed to increase your % revenue. You had not delivered the agreed amount of deposits therefore resulting in the minimum payment made to you of 25%. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact me directly on mathew@firstgrand.com

Rick, if you still want your query to resolved, please contact me at your soonest convenience to discuss all outstanding matters.
