First time selling links from my site

Greetings,

Selling some spots for links (guestpost type) on a casino related website. The price will be 100 EUR per guest post (minimum 1100 words, unique, text should be well written, checked on Grammarly, not spammed with keywords, only 1 outbound link per article), the topic should be a new to the website. It will be placed to the News category. At the moment this category has 0 posts, so first 10 posts will be within few clicks from the homepage. Besides, the article will be highlighted on the main page for a few days. I accept only casino related sites.

All the money I will receive will go towards my linkbuilding campaign, so it means that your articles will get more link juice in the future. Willing to sell no more than 20 guest posts, after that point I will stop selling any spots at all.
