Do you think it's finally time for us to start working together, now that you've finished re-watching Lost, 24 and Prison Break for the 4th time?

I look forward to getting another lame excuse as to why you can't work with us in the next 3 months.
An effort to sound like I'm actually optimistic about your reply.

I automatically start emails with 'how are things?' or 'how is everything?'. This is sometimes included even when i have negative topic to discuss.

Trying to think of something else that I could use now, use it on almost every email I send.
That's only to people I know, it would be a bit strange if sent to somebody I've never met or interacted with before.
