It is an understatement to say affiliates are not pleased with Grand Prive. There are widespread forum discussions, webpages, and videos all identifying them as being a rogue operation for shutting down their affiliate program and refusing to continue to pay affiliates for players that were brought to them on a revenue-share basis.
Recently Grand Prive made a fool's effort to put this behind them by having eCOGRA audit records and determine what affiliates filing claims were owed so they could be paid. But that has turned into a farce that has further angered affiliates as it has become clear that Grand Prive did not provide eCOGRA with records about players referred to Grand Prive for the period of time the affiliate program was known as Refer Spot. And now affiliates are angry both that eCOGRA did not uncover the fact that players from Refer Spot were not included in the data it received and that Grand Prive has refused to turn that information over to eCOGRA when it was detemined that information had not been provided.
Stepping back one step further, many affiliates are not happy knowing that Grand Prive and/or its sister site Villa Fortuna at this time remain a Microgaming licensee, remain licensed in Kahnawake, and continue to hold an eCOGRA approved site seal.
What is your opinion about what should happen to these licenses and seals?
