About LinkBacksA former Full Tilt Poker employee who filed a lawsuit against the site in September 2009 has been subpoenaed by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, according to Wicked Chops Poker.
The reason for the subpoena is not known. The employee, Jason “JDN” Newitt, is expected in court today.

Good luck for Jason "JDN" Newitt in his litigation. It would be a long rough road for him.

Hopefully it is completely unrelated to Full Tilt because I would really hate to see anything happen to them.

If he is testifying against FT, he surely won't win his personal case. Not sure what the purpose of his litigation is really.

Why am I not surprised that the Southern District of NY is involved... I recall those pain in the azzes being involved in disrupting the industy in the last year (or two). Reckon they will milk a few more millions out and the funds will never been seen again. Bastards.
