Fortuna Affiliates not paying & not responding

I'm trying for a while now to reach my affiliates manages for Geos Slovakia & Czech at Fortuna Affiliates due to unpaid commissions which are due since September but without success.

They used to be very responsive but since last email which was 1.5 months ago no replies received.

I was able to send several followup emails asking why they do not reply and yesterday for the first time all emails started bouncing, this is including the main email address of their program which is posted on their main page: http://fortuna-affiliates.com/

Also bouncing my affiliate managers emails:

I have no idea whether this speculation is true, but there are lockdowns since October in Czechoslovakia and people take it is paid holidays. So the effectivity of work at homeoffices is variable.

I got reply from their new contact, it seems that they had some internal company changes and the entire local teams are replaced with one dedicated team for all geos and This is why all emails where bouncing..

Thanks for pointing this out, I need to check the "time restricted revenue share".. I wasn't aware..
On top of that the main issue right now is the extremely low default rev-share of 10% which I'm trying to resolve for my existing account

Hi Nir, Indeed we're talking, as you know this was posted before your contact and after I was not receiving any replies for my emails and followups from my affiliate managers for about 3 weeks and emails started to bounce back..good to know that there is someone to talk to!
