I think once solid proof is shown, the GPWA seal MUST be revoked. The reason I say solid proof, last week or so, there was a case of someone "doing in" a private member with seal status. If you submit the data along with ip address to the steerage of the GPWA they should be held accountable to take drastic action against the offender.
Our lives are hard enough without having someone from our ranks pulling this unethical act.
AS far as the programs not taking action, I to have a stance that they won't remain on my sites. I have pulled brands in the past that condone spamming and have refused to work with others that allow shady operators. Once I find it and report it, and the program gives me the BS "well it happens" response, it is bye bye for them. I am no fool, I know it happens, but if you take the time to expose it and nothing happens, it shows the true colors of the program.
