Foxybingo payment issue

Since they don't have a board here, I'll post this here. Anyone know who the manager is there that I can contact directly regarding pending invoices?

Sent you a PM, not sure if it will help or not though.

I got it thanks mate. I always deal with her but not much help. She promises payments by the end of the month and then it stretches on for months without responses..

I assume you send your invoices in via the cashcade finance email address. The accounts people on that email do respond and have always been helpful. Touch wood, they always confirm receipt and 'approval' of the invoice and they always pay around the same time towards the end of the month. Just deal with them about invoices.

I did exactly that and they did like you said. Only I don't get payments by the end of the month like promised and I have to keep nagging them nonstop with little luck, usually within the course of an additional 2-3 months before they finally pay 'by the end of that month'.

Extremely aggravating.

Strange, they've always been good as gold for me. Mind you I need to change something on my payment details this month so that might change things.

I agree with JustBookie - they are excellent. Always reply within less than a day, always pay regularly and.... GET THIS  .... they send you an email confirming what they've paid and what it covers ! (There are some companies who could take a lesson in this - W******Y are you listening, you shitbags:pissed:)

Then you probably are getting preferential treatment from them for sending continuous traffic. I haven't sent any in about 8 yrs and all my commissions are from a few players dating to 2008.

No, I don't send them much as I am 99.9% sports, not bingo. It is just some helpful guy or gal in the accounts department (there are a couple of different names on the emails). They only check that the invoice I submit is for correct amount. Not sure why you are having this difficulty unless someone in the affiliate dept has marked your account not to be paid or something.
