Other sections cover regulatory jurisdictions, payment methods and payment processors, iGaming attorneys and analysts, software and other industry suppliers, associations, trade shows, and trade publications.

We normally sell this directory for $300 USD plus shipping on our Casino City Press Website.

I'm a fan of hard copy paper, despite also being eco minded, and it's good to step away from the computer screens once in a while, and you never know when a computer might fail or websites go off the air. Tried to order it, but was asked for my creditcard info. I don't use cred cards online, and use only a debitcard in daily life. I use PayPal, Moneybookers etc. Is there no way for me to get this important book?

We are shipping overseas using US postal service overseas mail which is quoted on the website USPS.com as taking 6 to 10 days depending on country (It might be closer to the low end for the UK, but will definitely be near the higher end for Romania). From past experience with USPS overseas mail I would plan on something like a couple weeks. It can be faster if all goes well. Once in a while if there are problems with customs in the country we are sending it to, and I've seen it take a month when that happens.

Domestic shipments are being sent UPS ground, which takes 1 to 5 business days depending on location.

If the packages were lighter we could have used a faster shipping method for overseas shipments, but the packages weight enough (about six pounds) that services like DHL are often quite a bit more expensive, and we decided it was more important to keep the shipping costs as much under control as possible.
