Default French National Assembly rejects proposal to end ring-fencing of Internet poker

France's online poker market could hit the skids if it doesn't start sharing liquidity with other EU nations soon. Unfortunately, that's probably not going to happen.

All the french poker players leave.
They are going to sink the French online poker.
It is not normal that French players do not play with the european players!

    I agree with you.
I left too. People pay too much taxes.
The middle class disappears. Companies pay taxes too much and can not employ people, so unemployment.

Celena, how match average tax rate in France? Here in Russia, tax for income = 13%. But if you have small buisness, in some cases
you may decrease tax for income from 13% to 6%.

p.s. my point of view that some European politics try to create socialist society. But this is big mistake. I born in USSR, and i remember very well what is "real socialist state where all equal". This was nightmar.

Poker is dying as an online activity and/or affiliate revenue source IMO.

WE promote the three major channels - sports, casino, poker - and poker is now just 5-10% of the total value.
And I see it continuing to drop as a percentage.

Is there anyone out there that promotes poker for 5+ years that sees growth in poker earnings ?
Is there anyone out there that promotes multiple gambling channels that sees poker as their mainstream income?

It all depends on US markets...and they are starting to open up again, albeit slowly. Success of poker I mean, right now it's probably at the maximum limits for current markets.

    Hello,

it's over, apart from the big sites that have deals.
There are TV promotions, players will directly on the site.
They do not come from our sites or little.
The big online players are outside France.

The players are too taxes on the poker room, and taxes of the country. And they can not play with the Europeans.
