Default Is it frowned upon giving certain AM's a slap at conferences?

I have never been to an affiliate conference yet, I have been invited to many but for me the road has been bumpy thus far and I have always doubted if I could deal with the big brands that have all smiling all dancing people on their stalls trying to entice other unsuspecting affiliates to their network.
I dont know if these events are like that, I have spoke to other affiliates that have said they are good fun but for me I cant forget the way some of the4se brands have treated me or other affiliates over the years. IM not the type of person that can walk past without letting my feelings be known.
I know a slap is frowned upon, it may even get me thrown out or even worse, but I know I could not just smile at these leeches and say nothing... the slap is up to them on how they choose to respond

Hence why I have never been to a conference yet! Too many rats in attendance and I think after a few beers Im the Pied Piper

    (this is a jest btw)

I find meeting someone face-to-face is always the best way to resolve issues, build relationships and strengthen existing relationships. There certainly are some AM's difficult to deal with via e-mail and skype but when you meet them in person they can be a different person. Some probably feel the same about us.

Conferences are also a great way to meet new people, contacts and leads.

Make sure to let me know if you go any, just not the London one.

Get tanked up on their free beer then give them a slap.

I was looking to go if any are on in Barcelona / Lisbon.
