Exclamation ****** up payment providers and other creaps

I decided to share my experience with some payment providers, all is based on my personal experience:

    1. betsson

Betsson is a casino operation, and also a payment provider, using them until now was quite OK but some criticism that I have about them is as follow:

while traveling a person is very much dependent on his payment provider allows him to cash out the amount that practically belongs to him, in Betsson it's a bit of a problem: not long ago I received the following email from Betsson (cut & paste):

"Kindly note that your account with us have temporarily been frozen."

my reply to them was that I am traveling and I need my account to be opened ASAP, their reply was "sorry", an Amrcian/British term used by English speaking dudes which has no meaning whatsoever, similar to the common amount of IQ of an average English speaking dude (with some exceptions of course).

Trying to call them also did not work since their customer support for their affiliates is of course not working during weekends.

Conclusion: betsson is totally not trusted solution to payments and to a wallet that is holding your money that belongs to you.

Some more information about Betsson: this brand is a very greedy try to encourage their affiliates to use their earning amounts for playing in their online casino, for this their system is very much tuned but unfortunately their system is not tuned so well in order to assist to their customers to get the money that belongs to them while traveling or while it's needed.

A person who's traveling can simple have his account blocked for no reason and receive a crappy message with "sorry" but we don't give a damn about you, you can be stuck in the end of the world traveling with no money but "please" be kind enough to wait to our customer support operational time and we'll try to help you if we decide that we want to. (but otherwise you can simple play and loose the money that you earned in our casino, for this our customer support system is operational 24x7 inducing weekends.

That's Ironic, Posting this on a predominantly English speaking board with mainly British / American visitors truly shows your grandeur and above average IQ over the "Average" English speaker.

If I were travelling I would always make sure that I had sufficient funds in my real banking account and also funds in a backup reserve account for emergencies.

their reply was "sorry", an Amrcian/British term used by English speaking dudes which has no meaning whatsoever, similar to the common amount of IQ of an average English speaking dude (with some exceptions of course).
I didn't know that they spoke English in Amrcia? My IQ must be really low.

    Lightbulb thanks

I just love to humiliate people using their own language hehehe
but ok... I'd say that my above generalization is more accurate in the market of English speaking dudes (as mother language) that are younger than 30.

Oh dear, not really great to see swearing in a thread title.

As for payment providers, I always get payment to Bank or Skrill but regularly transfer the Skrill into my bank when it reaches a certain amount. I'm definitely not a fan of getting paid into player accounts.

As for saying English-speaking people are stupid, hmmm? I discriminate more equally across the races, there are stupid and ignorant people everywhere.

It sounds like they detected that your account was being accessed from an unusual country and froze access?
That IS probably a good security feature - but they'd be better telling people about it.

It's a bit of a pain not to get immediate restoration of services - but again it is probably best the front line staff cannot do so automatically - otherwise they could be talked into incorrectly doing so.

As for your diatribe about English language speakers - #UMADBRO?

English is the language that dominates business in the Western world and you've also shown a good ability to master it's basics. Unfortunately you don't appear to understand the basics of human relations - if you get abusive towards people and show a nasty side then they're unlikely to go out of their way to help you.

the situation that I described about is NOT ACCEPTABLE by me (maybe by you it is but not by me).
the way I see it is this: betsson is both a casino brand and payment provider for their affiliates.

from the payment provider side, P.P who decides to block an account of a customer (FOR ANY REASON WHAT SO EVER) has to offer ANY TYPE of option that would allow the customer to get back access to his account including weekends and so on.
ANY type of explanation on "why" this is not happening is NOT INTERESTING, it's not my business how the payment provider decides to allocate their earning, if they have a shortage they can lower salary for managers or take off the budget for coffee machine in their office and allocate budget to GOOD SERVICE TO CUSTOMER including on weekend time if needed.

a payment provider actually do not have a lot to do, only to allow the customer to have access to his money when he needs it, that's the way I see it.

about English, this language definitely is the international language (poor french dudes... they wanted "francais" to be the international language but... ended with their baguette in the butt...)
English is a very simple language actually, people with other mother language do not even consider it as a language but as a sort of a game. (examples: Hungarian, Russian, Balts)

Cool another one about Brits ;)

Why Brits fancy using the F word so much?
because for them it's more fun saying it than doing it... (hint hint...)

Emotional security is the measure of the stability of an individual's emotional state. Emotional insecurity or simply insecurity is a feeling of general unease or nervousness that may be triggered by perceiving of oneself to be vulnerable or inferior in some way, or a sense of vulnerability or instability which threatens one's self-image or ego.

Payment providers #1 responsibility is security.

If you were posting that your money had been taken by an IP out of Vietnam or Thailand (as we have read about other affiliate programs letting in the last 12 months) then you would be getting a very different response from people - as that is clearly a bad system.

I agree that they should have a mechanism to allow access again but a 24 hour delay after an exceptional circumstance (access from a new country) is hardly "F&cked up". And of course they should be telling people in advance if they have this restriction so affiliates know and can plan for it.

English is a very simple language actually, people with other mother language do not even consider it as a language but as a sort of a game. (examples: Hungarian, Russian, Balts)
English certainly is simple - and it borrows from other languages without hesitation - that's why it survives as the #1 method of communication. There is no need to complicate communication.

I speak four other languages (badly) mainly because of lack of use ... French, German, Serbo-Croatian, Spanish ... but much prefer English as a direct method of speaking.

    WRONG
number one is to make sure that customer is able to receive what belongs to him, "security" is only one tool for this goal.

there is no explanation or excuse what so ever that can justify a blocked account of a customer of a payment provider company that has a coffee machine in the office but don't have an employee to be paid to in order to practically run after the customer whom account was blocked in order to make sure that everything is ok with him. period. (my opinion anyway)

about English and the other things... ok I am very much sorry actually for making that comment, really.
"sorry", and public apology, this is the key and the base to the "sorry" term.
in more details: public apology is not only the opposite from "sorry" but it's more like a second strike.
and this is my understanding about the "sorry" term.

I'd define the word "sorry" a bit different, something like this:

"I'd like to clear my conscience from something that I did and I regret, I have a magical word to do it and when I use it publicly with a sincere Hollywood-film-style gestures, it actually does the trick"

English IS the international language I agree with it, it's a very simple language and probably that's the reason why it is the one and not others. that's also the reason imo why English speakers who try to study more complicated language find it so hard (in comparison for example for a person who comes from a more complicated language who studies English)

about spelling mistakes, curse words and corrections: lenguij is a tool and not a gol (my opinion anyway)

Ego is a nice buzzword, let's do some work on it. maybe some 0.5 cents philosophy + psychology:

Ego imo is a sort of the second part of human that is the "mind" according to the academy or the "soul" according to religion.

Ego nowadays mostly comes with negative connotations (Egoist, Arrogant person needs his Ego to be fed, etc...)
If the hidden stigma is taken out of it, Ego is simply "the individual", something that every person has and needs to be fed (the body needs organic food, the Ego needs another type of food)

What food does the ego need?

In my experience of using online banking my access is always blocked when i'm in a different country. Its the same with some credit cards too, although you can normally get this lifted pretty quickly.

Why don't you either switch to another payment method that does allow access to your account or simply stop working with Betsson and use someone that can meet your expectations. Don't go bleating on about it after the fact, unless of course they explicitly said you could access the account from anywhere in the world. Never assume as you know what that makes you!
