Fullcream Affiliates Strange Commission Behaviour

I was just wondering if anyone else had noticed the same as me. I used to really like FullCream Affiliates, they have great converting brands, and I built up a great player base within relatively little time. I was constantly making mid £x.xxx with them, then I started to get a month positive commission followed by a months negative commission, and now all I get is constantly negative months. I find it very bizzare to say the least. I never experience anything like this with other accounts that make mid x.xxx a month that have a good player base. I would just like to know if anyone else has experienced this before I ditch them.

I checked out our own stats and have not experienced any situations. I did check out poggwebmasters and other sites and nothing mentioned to be concerned about and are still recommended. Have you contacted your affiliate manager there for an explanation?

Full Cream are rock-solid trustworthy, IMO.

Full Cream Affiliates are top notch people to work with. I have never doubted them at all. Stephen Croft is a fantastic Affiliate manager who takes good care of all of his affiliates. :-)

Players win, and I've had some not-so-brilliant months with FullCream. But, and here's the rub. Marc and his team are not crooks. They are rock solid honest people. So too is the owner of this program and associated casinos, Max W.

You can't expect to come out ahead every month, m8 :no:

I don't, I also don't expect to be able to tell exactly which day of the month my account is going to take a sudden dive (the 15th) every month. I know exactly what I am seeing, and I know it isn't right. I have many accounts making xxxx a month, and none of the follow a pattern, and none of them are ever negative. In fact for years they stick to basically the same amount of commission.

Oooooooooooo wow. The start of a new month with a serious minus. Let me guess? By the end of the month I sort of nearly get to the green.

Let's go through this again: What is your username on Full Cream Affiliates? If you're going to make baseless, damaging claims against my affiliate program at least let me know the affiliate ID that we are supposedly "stealing" from so that I can respond with facts. PM me if you don't want to share it publicly, as you know a lot of people might read it...

I'm happy to go through all your data player by player so you can see that there are more professional ways to conduct business than posting a lie on a public forum. Either way, I can assure you that no one is taking your money from you. We are better than that, and I am more than happy to prove it to you.

My account has become so predictable it's actually pathetic. It's beyond pathetic.

I wouldn't waste my time supplying my user name to you, so you can fire off some typical nonsense.

Didn't your forum used to be about affiliates, and not pimping out the highest paying programs?

He needs not know my username. He can simply explain how an account can go from making 8k a month to a constant negative, several months before this thread was opened.

Maybe he could explain how the same traffic now gets no depositors and no signups? (Well till I ditched them).

I came here to ask other affiliates if they had noticed the more than obvious pattern. I really could not care less about Fullcreams opinion.

This forum is about helping affiliates, but I can't help you if you don't provide your information. Since multiple affiliates posted the were not having the same issue you are, I would think you would want to have it investigated. Feel free to PM me if you require any assistance.

I'm sorry, but I'm certainly not prepared to have my details linked to forum profiles that I use for work. Certainly not with a company that mean no more than Skyvegas to me.

I could actually go on about other issues I've had with Fullcream, but hey, I'd just be a liar. Well wait for the next mug to be mugged off. Don't say I never brought it up.

Strange some people here same to change their mind as often as their underwear. One minute they are slagging off White labels, the next they are jumping to their defence. A bizarre little forum to say the least.

If you are the almost only one reporting this event, then with high probability this is just a matter of the laws of standard deviation from the expected value - of course unfortunately to your disadvantage. It's simple math, which has also effect on affiliate accounts, especially if they depend on gambling.

Yeah. It's standard math that my account gets wiped out the exact day every month. It's standard math that whenever it gets anywhere near in the green it is yet again wiped out. Yes very standard.

Believe it or not, this forum does not speak for all of Fullcream's affiliates. Anyhow, I certainly will not be wasting my traffic on them. They can go with the rest of the filth that has infested a once great niche.

It's standard math that from sending the exact same traffic to the exact same casinos my signups and depositors went from xxx to 000. Very standard, wouldn't you say.

No but I'll tell you what is standard practice among dirty affiliate programs. It's keeping a percentage of your affiliates happy and dumping on others. So they have their little happy affiliates to speak out for them. Very standard.

I can really understand your anger. As you might know, I am one of the loudest voice to criticize this industry, and this is really not easy and many want to silence my voice. I can tell you that. So I am everything but a puppet or brownnoser for the online casino industry.

But it would be unfair to tar all programs with the same brush. Even if 90% perhaps are in any way violating ethically or legal standards in the long run, this does not mean, all people are bad.

With a high probability, you are just unlucky!
All other people here are reporting not the same experience.

The power of standard deviations has an impact the whole day 24/7 also during your every day's life, at every street traffic light, everywhere. It's like Neutrinos. You can't see or feel it, but they are there, all the time!

Did you ever noticed, that your players not losing the mathematically house edge but more, and sometime so much, that it is far away from the expected value?

Also a result of standard deviation, but this was no fraud, right?

You are angry, because now the standard deviation turns to your disadvantage, and I can really understand this.

To give you an example: On 9. September 1993 in the Casino of Bristol, England the number 4 hit 7 times in a row! That means, it is also possible, that at the exact day in a month over the period of 7+ months in a row in your statistics players from the same casino can destroy your revenue share.

On the same day, each month!

The explanation, this is the result of fraud for our brains is easier to handle due to the impact of hormones, but this does not mean, this explanation is always right.

If you still believe, they are cheaters, then give Anthony and only Anthony the details he requests, because he would never abuse, mishandle or alter that data, but then you know, if it is cheating or just an unlucky standard deviation phenomenon.

The problem is, and I mean it serious, if you now leave that program, and it is only an unlucky standard deviation, then you will miss the swing back of it, which is also a law of math and so a lot of money.

Standard deviation goes not only one way, not only to your disadvantage in the long run.

This is, what I can say.

Not all programs, companies or people are bad.
Carmel is a textbook example for that claim.
With high probability it's a standard deviation phenomenon.
Give Anthony the details to find out, if it is cheating or standard deviation.
If it is standard deviation then it is a huge mistake to leave the program because of the mathematically founded swing back.

I wish you a good sleep even when I know, that in situations like that this is not so easy.
